    The spa facilities were top-notch, the perfect place to relax and indulge in some self-care. The food was truly delicious, and the restaurant staff made me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions.

    Despite all the great things this hotel had to offer, there were a few downsides. The staff at the reception could have been more friendly and helpful.

    We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the location is perfect, nestled among the rolling hills with stunning views. We absolutely loved the spa facilities! It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. the food was delicious and the attentive restaurant staff made us feel very special.

    the walls were thin so we could hear the neighbours' shower and toilet noise.

    Nestled in a serene and picturesque location amidst the mountains, this hotel offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. the exceptional Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and massage services offer a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. the sun terrace and heated swimming pool lined with comfortable sun loungers provide a glimpse of breathtaking views. the food at the restaurant is mouth, watering, and the packed lunches and special diets are an added convenience. the room's exceptional amenities, including private facilities, make the stay comfortable and exclusive.

    While everything about the stay was perfect, the only minor issue I encountered was the Wi, Fi connectivity. the connection was slow and patchy, which proved to be an inconvenience while connecting to work.

    The location of the hotel was great, with some beautiful scenery around. the rooms themselves were nice with enough space for my family. the staff in the restaurant was very attentive and made our breakfasts lovely.

    I must say the staff at the reception were rather unfriendly and unhelpful, which made our check-in and check-out processes quite frustrating.
